- No harassment, threats, hate, spam, or unsolicited selling.
- Ask before giving advice when someone is sharing.
- Do not share screenshots, recordings, or another member's story without her permission.
- Avoid posting identifying information about children.
- You choose how much you share. Listening is participating.

Reporting
Any message can be reported from the chat. Reports go only to the moderation team. The person reported is never told who reported them.
